Booking Policy

  • One booking can include multiple rooms across different room categories under a single Booking ID.
  • 100% advance payment is compulsory to confirm your booking. Your reservation is not treated as confirmed until the full payment has been completed and your UTR / Transaction ID has been submitted successfully.
  • The final payable amount is Room Rate × Quantity × Nights, inclusive of applicable taxes (GST 12%) and complimentary breakfast.
  • Guests must present a valid government photo ID at check-in.
  • Free cancellation is available until the check-in date. Cancel any time before your check-in date at no charge.
